About the Program

This is a 6 month program supporting tech-driven startups in Latin America with operations in Mexico through startup sourcing, a 3-month acceleration program, 1-month mentorship, direct investments, and long-term monitoring for growth and impact.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, self-starter and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join our regional team in Mexico part-time. As a Program Manager you will be part of the team designing and implementing the entrepreneurship technical assistance program we are running. Your main objectives will be to ensure SGBs and partners gain significant, and long-lasting value from our services. The Program Manager will report to our Regional Latam lead. This Program Manager will support only on this one program.

This is a fully remote position starting in Q1, 2026.

A strong preference will be given to applicants based in Mexico.

Responsibilities

Open Call, Sourcing & Media Coverage

• Design and publish the program's official call for applications
• Lead the national/regional applicant acquisition campaign, leveraging Business Development (BD) and the wider Seedstars network.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure effective media coverage and promotion of the program.
